The Living Grid of Gamium City, Where Community Thrives Amidst Nature and Innovation

Sat Neighborhood

The first neighborhood is complementary to the central neighborhood of the Gamium City-World, Genesis, and is targeted to the general community as a virtually inhabitable urban formation. It's a community-based neighborhood that includes open public spaces, housing, and lands for sale.

At its center, “The Museum of the Future of Human Relationships” is a distributed building that brings together people and expands to become a 3d mobility hub in the city, that way allowing multilayer-multimodal urban movement and experiences, raising the value of properties not accessible by ground zero roads.

On its highest mountain, is an observatory with a view over the neighborhood.

Urban Morphology
A rectangular urban grid with the size of 600x1200 meters, composed of 300 meters subgrid units, breaks out with the organic formation of the islands. The grid is a hybrid between straight guides in one direction, and organic curves, following the rocky islands beneath and contrasting with the rest. While it is a grid, it allows for a lot of play within its frames.

The rest will be land and nature with mountain formations and severe topographies. The larger island formation, vastly covered with lands for sale, will host a central micro island where an icon sits atop a rocky formation.

Architecture
Buildings have been clustered into algorithmically generated form families. Within each part of the neighborhood, a type was used; mainly placed across 4 main zones. The central zone hosts the museum, an array of towers of the same family, inspired by growth, with a solid base, and rise elegantly as they go up, they have a double skin that has cuts and slits- another cluster of organic towers with a contoured facade-detail, and finally, a blob sitting at the southern hill of the block, inspired by fluid forms and alien geometries.

The Western neighborhood includes 3 form families, section-plane residential units, pod-towers, and lastly, the vertical slums, a series of vertically formed unit clusters aimed at specific people. The vertical slums, as the name suggests are vertical aggregations of single units with control over size, count, and slab twist.

At the border with the central zone, a Ferris wheel for recreation and a unique view makes up the border. Finally, an observation space sits on top of the hill bounding the neighborhood at its southwest border.

The Eastern zone is the more dense part of the city, with a variety of residential buildings and towers, with green facades and green roofs. On the ground level, a canopy of light and vegetation covers the green axis.
